We wash our hands constantly yet huge numbers of us don’t wash them appropriately. Particularly now and again of the expanded possibility of disease, appropriate hand washing is truly imperative to ensure yourself and your family.

Official handwashing rules suggest a multi-step measure which I will presently show you. This will ensure that ALL the surfaces of your hands are washed appropriately. Let me take you through it….

Apply cleanser to the hands, covering all surfaces

Rub hands palm to palm

Right palm overhead of left hand with interweaved fingers and the other way around;

Palm to palm with fingers joined

Backs of fingers to contradicting palms with fingers interlocked

Scouring of left thumb caught in right palm and the other way around

Scouring, in reverse and advances with caught fingers of the right hand in left palm and the other way around;

When dry, your hands are spotless.
